Yes. Every security guard employed by EastShield Global Security holds a valid Ontario Security Guard License issued by the Ministry of the Solicitor General. In addition, all guards must pass our internal 160-hour training program, which exceeds provincial minimums. We verify licenses quarterly and maintain complete compliance records.

For urgent requests, we can deploy guards within 2 to 4 hours anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. For planned deployments across Ontario, we typically require 24 to 48 hours notice. For long-term contracts, we begin recruitment and training well in advance to ensure the right personnel are ready on your start date.

Yes, we offer both armed and unarmed security options. Armed guards are available for high-risk environments such as cash-in-transit, valuable asset protection, and critical infrastructure. All armed personnel hold additional authorization under the Firearms Act and complete rigorous firearms qualification training on a quarterly basis.

Our primary service area is the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, and Pickering. We also provide services across Ontario including Ottawa, London, Hamilton, and Niagara. For large-scale or specialized contracts, we can deploy teams anywhere in Canada.

We maintain a standby pool of trained guards specifically to cover absences, call-outs, and emergencies. Your site will never be left unprotected. Our scheduling system automatically flags gaps and dispatches replacements. Each replacement guard receives a site-specific briefing before starting their shift to ensure continuity of service.
